Great Atlantic Warranty Rip-off

I decided to go with their warranty program in October of 2007. Within the three day period, I called to cancel the warranty, realizing that I had made a bad choice. I sent back everything they asked for and was assured that I would receive my money back.

I am still waiting. It is April 2008. I call every week, several times a week and often I am put on hold, leave messages, or am just disconnected. I don't know what to do now.

I suspect that I will never see a dime back of my $850 down-payment. I am so glad I did not give them all of it.

Please be aware. This is not a good company to deal with.

I just find it funny that he's "representing the company" but stays hidden and has a name like GAWHelpguy--- lol your just like the company- don't know who the *** you are. But i will get to the bottom of this.

I also bought this warranty, and the the person that sold it to me told me lies about what it covered. I tried to cancel my warranty and they said that they can not give me my money back. They Even hung up on me. I have called them multiple times at several hours and they never answer. I am really pissed off, that I paid them and they ripped me off. This is a company that just takes your money, and does nothing for you. NEVER BUY THE WARRANTY, YOU WILL JUST HAVE UNNECESSARY TROUBLES AND HEADACHES. These people never answer your messages.
